The coward released his opinion Friday night.
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

Can't celebrate Friday news dumps for some things and decry others. This is the way of the world these days.

Well, if you disliked Zinke, just brace yourself for his replacement. Of course it is the Great Oz that all departments in Trump World have. He has deep experience, with storied connections to the oil, gas and water industries to which he was a longtime lobbyist. Working from the inside to get his clients needs met was so much easier. It might be a little harder now that his human shied has been discarded, but there will be more unfettered destruction, inevitable deaths of people and animals, and it will largely go unchecked due to DC general incompetence combine with the 9/10 of the law possession theory (man I am straying into other posters territory here). The sea change continues from incompetent to evil.

TL;DR: Next up, David Bernhardt, is a total shirtbag of a human with an unbelievable horrific public record on his desires to punch interior inside-out for industry.

Last week, Anschutz and McKibbin murdered The Weekly Standard, the conservative opinion magazine that Anschutz owned. They didn’t merely close it because it was losing money. They seemed to have murdered it out of greed and vengeance.

John Podhoretz, one of the magazine’s founders, reports that they actively prevented potential buyers from coming in to take it over and keep it alive. They apparently wanted to hurt the employees and harvest the subscription list so they could make money off it. And Anschutz, being a professing Christian, decided to close the magazine at the height of the Christmas season, and so cause maximum pain to his former employees and their families.

This story is something else.

Trump apparently made an appearance on A man in the high Castle. He played the guy who replaced the fuhrer the guy who everyone salutes and what not. Really, I would not make that up, at all. You can look it up. Sort of. If you google it, the reference will bounce to this post.

After Trump announced Saturday that Zinke would leave the administration at the end of the year, Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.) joked on Twitter that Mulvaney would be Trump's pick to become the new Interior secretary.

LoL

OMB + CFPB + COS

Also reported earlier today is a video from 2016 surfaced with Mick calling Trump a horrible human (out around 50 seconds)... so I guess I can give him a little credit, which is immediately spent by his comments also in the video that he will be supporting Trump.

The top two US environmental agencies will now be run by people previously paid by industry. The deputy secretary, David Bernhardt, will be the actin Department of Interior head, but could be in the running to lead the department permanently like the acting Environmental Protection Agency administrator, Andrew Wheeler. Mr. Wheeler, the former coal lobbyist, will be nominated to keep the position permanently.

I feel like the environment is where the republicans are really vulnerable with their base. I'm not talking about climate change, I'm talking about clean air and water, destruction of national parks, food safety, etc. Many of them are quite concerned about these things, but they really have no idea what damage is being done by their party. The most productive conversation I ever had with my sister in law was about this topic. She really had no idea what they were doing and was genuinely upset. She's a bit obsessive about eating good food and stuff like that. The corruption in the EPA and DOI under republicans has been pretty bad and even a short-sighted person can see the problem with placing a former coal lobbyist in charge of keeping the environment safe. I'd like to see dems shy away from the climate change stuff a bit and really go after clean air and water issues, food safety, etc. The climate change stuff will take care of itself if we focus on those other issues. Let the average low information republicans know what their party is doing. Hammer it every day. Buy television time to make the case. It really shouldn't be hard, it's pretty obvious.

Donald Trump tweets NBC, 'SNL' should be tested by courts after Christmas parody sketch

That fine headline from Fox News. Testing, Testing, THIS IS NOT A TEST! Shred the first Amendment immediately! The President Demands it!

Here is the tweet:

“A REAL scandal is the one-sided coverage, hour by hour, of networks like NBC & Democrat spin machines like Saturday Night Live. It is all nothing less than unfair news coverage and Dem commercials. Should be tested in courts, can’t be legal? Only defame & belittle! Collusion?”

Spectacular that Fox, who has never met a Democrat that they would like to spit on, covers the call for NBC to provide fair coverage (although there is no proof that NBC is biased, however it clearly has a disgruntled former employee).

White House senior adviser squidward said Sunday that the Trump administration is willing to do "whatever is necessary" to build a wall along the southern border, including shutting down the government at the end of the week.

"We're going to do whatever is necessary to build the border wall to stop this ongoing crisis of illegal immigration," squidward said on CBS's "Face the Nation."

squidward said the White House is "absolutely" willing to shut down the government "if it comes to it."

Curiously, the first word in the title of The Hill's article, as if to say file under, is HATE.

“In Argentina, Trump told Erdogan they were working on extraditing (Fethullah) Gulen and other people,” Mevlut Cavusoglu (Turkey’s foreign minister) said, referring to the G20 summit where the leaders met two weeks ago.

I have not heard this anywhere, but it was reported by Reuters @ ~0600. Closing up the transaction for letting Khashoggi get quieter for his pal MBS.

Wow, he might actually do it

Gulen being sent to Turkey will be such a bad idea for both Turkey and the US.

This outlines the conspiracy of the Donald Trump family with Russia.

I would think the Donald will NOT last the winter as President.
