Reps also use gerrymandering and voter suppression. The russian help is just part of it. Oh, and sometimes they win on the merits.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dissented, joined by Justice Elena Kagan. She noted the district court’s findings that “70,000 North Dakota residents—almost 20% of the turnout in a regular quadrennial election—lack a qualifying ID,” while “approximately 18,000 North Dakota residents also lack supplemental documentation sufficient to permit them to vote without a qualifying ID.”
