a judge tells Gov Scott Walker that, yes, you do have to call special elections to fill vacant seats instead of letting them sit vacant for over a year and disenfranchising the voters in those areas. His fellow Republicans are taking the news of coming democracy well:

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) ripped the judge as an "activist Dane County judge" who had injected her "own personal opinion into how we conduct elections."

He said he wasn't aware Walker had appointed the judge but said her approach was endemic to judges in liberal Madison.

"It’s something about the water in Dane County," Vos said. "That’s why I try to stay here as little as I can."

He's been mumbling that since Wednesday. They though they walked him back thursday, but now there is an interview where his current wife gets an apology from an adulteress, so the US0fA becomes a pawn in a change the narrative game. I am sure he is leaving town with the March on the WH doorstep Saturday. He wants to be nowhere near that. Probably taking spring break. I hope there is a franchise march planned for Mar-a-lago.

Edit: Well, he is going to Palm Beach, 5th time this year, and 15th time since taking office. Demonstrations will be contained toBoca Raton, Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach, with areas nearer Mar-a-Lago closed to pedestrians.
