maybe not for malpractice but they can lose a patient or be taken to the medical board for not 'properly' treating a patient.

Kellyanne Conway's old firm just released a poll showing Northam up 1, when they had Gillespie up 3 in their last track last week. Genuinely puzzled over who their client is and why they'd release it publicly, but more grist for the Northam is a solid favorite mill.
