Both parties are required to store the contract in a self-destructing briefcase (referenced hereafter as "SDB"). It's not a normal briefcase (referenced hereafter as "NB"), because it has a set of dye packets set to self-destruct within the SDB if it's tampered with. In addition to the contract itself, all emails and correspondence on the deal must be printed out, placed in the SDB, and removed from the servers of origin. So no one can look at the contract or any of the emails discussing the contract. The only way that either SDB can be opened is with a retinal scanner of the signatories, combined with the inputted 2 factor authentication key sent to the burner phone of the Secretary of the Interior. Tampering with the device, and/or leaking of the contract to a fake news organization, will result in an immediate $1 Billion termination and separation fee, to be paid over 5 years.
