File under all news being local. Scumb bag Corey Stewart who wants to run for Senate in Virginia, apparently had a meltdown on CNN today as well. He accused them of playing on the death of a young lady as a pretext for removal of Confederate monuments. He sees one as having new equivalency to the other, but the fact is that CNN has not been on that path.

Stewart is that sad animal I have posted about occasionally for the last couple of years. Absolutely loves the spotlight. Wants to be Donald Trump. Recently, as you know he has taken a shine for confederate Monuments. It's a little shameful given that he's from Minnesota, and Minnesota was a free state supplying soldiers to the Union Army. Also, in southern terms, that makes Corey a carpetbagger.

I get why some of you would find antifa abrasive, but to echo what was stated her earlier, who showed up to protest these guys? I get the instinct to put polite dialogue above confrontation, but America has a very bad, very dark history, and much of it can be rooted back to white supremacy. when you have a political party (that some of your friends support & work for) that uses that ember to rally their base to the polls every year, and that ember starts to look like a flame, it's not just a bunch of sexless guys marching in the street, it's a harbinger for something much darker.
