Yea. The Hpise bill was only able to pass with Amendments that actually made the bill harsher. I can't see them not passing this bill with or without the shitty Cruz amendment. It still has to get to 50 though so hopefully Heller stays strong. Both him and Sandoval (governor) are getting pressured into approving the bill. Steve Wynn (casino billionaire).
