now that we've addressed the DiM situation I think we should solve the mystery of if PtK really has a stable of horny 20/30 year olds on his fb friends list.

I haven't watched a real actual television program as it airs in years. I think the last time I watched a tv show air live was the finale of parks and rec. I caught up on rick and morty through rickmancing the stone and am now watching pickle rick as the lead in to the newest episode. I am going to watch the new rick and morty tonight. Live.

They are decommissioned ships getting stripped of their salvageable gear by the Navy, then awaiting being sold for scrap.

I was explaining how TV used to be through the last 30-so years to my 10yo, when he asked what binge-watching was. He lost his mind when I told him Netflix was a DVD rental business 10 years ago.

I still get those in the mail. I think I have been since around 2003 or so. It's just a much better and larger collection of movies than you'll find anywhere else.

Just discovered MTV classic today. I've had it on all day it's incredible, they just show music videos from the 90's. As I'm typing this they just went from Evenflow to Plush. I feel like I'm 13 again. This is awesome.

Haha, I was just telling my 10 YO the same thing. I was telling him about blockbuster video and how we didn't have cable when I was young because they hadn't put cable onto our street yet (in the pines just outside egg harbor city off of 50). I remember my grandparents would record hours of MTV and nickelodon on beta tapes for us. He was skeptical lol

I think mine was even boggled at the concept of DVDs, because we have so few now. We had tons of kids' shows on DVD for the oldest and him, but we've been buying/renting movies digitally for so long now.

And music - my goodness.

Man just the first iPod making it so that I didn't have to switch cds out if I wanted to listen to more than one album OR not having to deal with shitty burnt cds that half of the time caused all kinds of clipping/distortion.

It was fantastic. We got out w 3:30 left. Wormser was not part of it. Friend of a friend.

Mikey from Kimmy Schmidt was with us, too.
