Brian Fallon, former spokesman for Hillary Clinton, told CNN that his “mind is blown a little bit” over Donald Trump Jr.'s newly released emails.

“Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think you'd see a piece of evidence that would be as much of a smoking gun as this e-mail,” Fallon said.

“I thought at best, at the end of this investigation, you'd have a bunch of circumstantial evidence that would be a close call in terms of having any criminal repercussions to it ... This is as clear as day,” he said. “Usually when you have somebody engaged in some type of conspiracy, they are better at covering their tracks.”

For some reason I thought the reconciliation process they started had a July deadline, but I cannot find anything now that I'm furiously trying to Google it. Perhaps the deadline was to trigger over recess in August which is why July WAS a deadline but no longer is.
