In the lead up to the election, I told multiple people that I would have voted for a random us citizen -- as in, hold a lottery to see who is President -- over Trump. I still believe it. But he's not dumb. Senile perhaps, overconfident sure, but not dumb. He's probably "smarter" than a bunch of other presidents.

Smart or stupid doesn't really apply to this thing, because those terms assume discernable intention at some level; time & again he's made fools of those who insist they detect that "normal" human activity in his actions, his "policies", only to find themselves proved incorrect by any "normal" analysis.

He needs not to be POTUS any longer, as soon as possible. We've been pretty lucky.

contact your legislators that support it and say thanks and also push them on what they're doing to stop it; what they'd propose

Everyday I pray there's a strong enough link to someone high enough up on Trump's bootlicking list that we can bring the whole shit show tower down. At this point short of putting him on trial for treason nothing is going to get the taste of bullshit and spray tan out of my mouth.
