There's a few people on Twitter--Louise Mensch, Claude Taylor and another guy whose name is escaping me at the moment--who claim to have sources in law enforcment and/or intelligence. They claim that tapes exist of Ryan and Priebus acknowledging the acceptance of Russian money into the campaign/party (talks with Amb. Klisyak). They also claim that Trump and Pence are both guilty of violating Logan act (and other stuff- I can't remember it all) and knowingly colluding, hence their removal and the whole Hatch line of succession narrative

Claude Taylor for what it's worth has been saying for weeks I think that subpeonas and grand juries have been put together and that indictments will soon follow

And then we hear about the FBI raid today in Annapolis

At the very least, interest stuff to follow

it's going to be a real life designated survivor.

Mensch in particular comes across as a bit too much of a conspiracy kook, but she has been saying since I think almost right after the election that Comey had the goods on Trump (long before the FBI investigation was public info, I believe)

as a lark, I will speculate that if that were to happen, Hatch most likely wouldn't becomes president with a major bust with Trump, Pence and Ryan
The house would oust Ryan as speaker (or at least you'd hope they would) and re-elect a new one
now what's tricky about it is that the GOP most likely wouldn't agree on one guy as they had so much trouble getting Ryan in the 1st place, the freedom caucus would likely be extremely stubborn knowing they could influence who the president would be and moderates in swing districts would wince at electing a far right guy. Conceivably you could see a coalition of moderate GOP and the dems getting together to elect a moderate GOP or moderate dem (but probably not)
