hard to understand how ISIS "controls" those ....what are they, roadways? - when they've got such long exposed flanks

IEDs don't care about flanks.
Teams lie, sometimes for good reasons, sometimes for bad. They do it to get an advantage while they look at the trade market or just because they can

Nice real estate opportunity in the middle of Iraq. Bet the Bluths already have a showroom there.
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

Mob rep to Trump, and now 'informal advisor' Anthony Scaramucci said on CNN that Kushner is like Alexander Hamilton!

Next up will be that he is like Jesus, starting with they are both Jewish.

In other news, missile strikes equal big payoffs, the best, massive increases in job approval ratings. The WH is set up to celebrate hitting 43%! Who do we hit next?

the Reading Eagle, Philly Inquirer and Allentown Morning Call have all had interview with Charlie Dent in the past week where they just accept the idea that he is 'centrist' and 'moderate'. being a moderate the way he is still makes your incredibly conservative. some insane people in safe R districts were elected to Congress and he simply didn't turn fully crazy. it's like calling John McCain a maverick in 2017.

Heard IRL this morning: "I'm done with the Democrats. Every time trump does to do something they get in his way. Republicans didn't do this to Obama".

Putin is not going to hang out with Rex while he checks his email at the Kremlin. Curious. Since the joint statement from Iran and Russia, maybe Rex should stop short and talk to NATO instead. De-conflicting his scheduling issue.

If you support the Republican party right now, how are you not a Trump supporter?

There are a lot of news stories today about how tax reform is troubled to doomed. Various angles (whats not happening vs promises, what happened to it since it is like 10+ weeks over due, why it will not work any better then rip and run on Obamacare, etc.), but the conclusion is generally the same which is that it is destine to come out mouth foaming then get put down publicly in the House or Senate.

I think it is agreeable that tax reform has to happen, but what it looks like s clearly a sticking point. I did like that a VAT and carbon tax was mentioned, and had to be walked back. The "border adjustment tax " was mentioned, but how can that be anything but a protectionist trade war piece of legislation? Fun times, but we need to keep those promises, no matter how bad.

td, I love you man, but these broad generalizations are a little much. I mean, yes, if you are a Republican, you have to own the fact that he's your President. As long as you don't extend it to any support of a Republican position means you are a supporter of Trump. Or any support of a Trump action (I won't call it a position, I don't think he ever thinks things through enough to have those), automatically qualifies you as a Republican.
