Susan Rice is both black and a woman. Conservatives erect.

If she were a Muslim you wouldn't be able to walk anywhere in DC without getting sticky shoes.

you may have misunderstood me. They have to go

drumpf asked if the gas attack crossed a red line for him, replied "it crosses many lines. beyond red lines".

so there you have it from a guy who has insisted since forever that we should forget about syria

In addition to giving Mr. Bannon formal membership, the original national security organization reduced the role of the chairman of the Joint Chiefs and national intelligence director, stipulating that they would attend only “where issues pertaining to their responsibilities are to be discussed.”

Members of Mr. Trump’s team said they did not mean to downgrade them; they simply took Mr. Bush’s original order and cut and pasted language into theirs, not realizing that the two officials had been upgraded under Mr. Obama.

The WH info push on the NSC is awesome beyond words:

1. They knew about that Flynn guy all along (buzzer)
2. Bannon is just a fixer (buzzer)
3. Rice was making some crazy super ninja moves from the NSC (double buzzer)

See, Trump has it all under control, especially the Rice thing.

Let me get this straight -

- Now Assad is bad (always been)
- Its Obama's fault because all he did was say it was a red line
- Asad stayed behind that line when Obama was in office
- Trump takes office and makes googly eyes at Russia and catches Assad in his gimps, blowing a little kiss
- Assad does what he does, but manages to both kill children AND get caught in the act via video
- Now Assad is bad, but it is Obama's fault

To be fair, while Syria has been being destroyed by ISIS, Syria, Rebels, etc., the US has stayed on the sidelines far, far more then I wish we had. It is a difficult situation to sort out how to provide meaningful assistance to the people caught of a sectarian war leveling the country wholesale, but we should have found the will and wherewithal to do more before we had to have one more incident. Also in fairness, the new administration has not given two shakes until today.

So, about that Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month........

Trump also defended Fox News host Bill O'Reilly on Wednesday amid reports this week that Fox and O'Reilly paid $13 million in five settlements with women who claimed O'Reilly sexually harassed them. “I think he’s a person I know well — he is a good person,” Trump said, adding that he didn't think O'Reilly should have settled the lawsuits. "I don’t think Bill did anything wrong.”

Hungary's horrible leader Viktor Orban is trying to outlaw a university because it was created by George Soros (THE EVIL SOROS!!!!). The problem with the university is it is teaching democratic values.

I forgot to link that the way Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month was essentially kicked off in the stripping of protections for women in the repeal of the 2014 act, but then again this is the same guy with several accusers (or liars as he refers to them) and creator of the controversy by being caught on video talking about 'grabbing them in the ...', so our expectations need to be appropriately adjusted that predators are going to be predators, and they might work as a pack as they hunt down victims.

FWIW, the President needs to make no comment on things like this. Unprecedented and unpresidential to get involved in any investigations no matter what his personal opinion is. There is some work to do around the globe, get to that.
