I guess the GOP has decided that abuse is worse than being completely unqualified or a racist. The lines have been drawn!

dems hate him because he's anti labor. some republicans don't like him because he's pro immigration reform and basically codifying business getting around the immigrant work visa intent (h1b etc.). also he hired an undocumented immigrant as a household employee.

Puzder withdrawing is finally some good news.

As far as our commander-in-chief being a regular Benedict Arnold, I am going to adopt the win-at-all costs-and-to-hell-with-the-good-of-the-country political ethos of our day and hope this does not force Trump into a position where he needs to resign before the next election. I don't see how MY preferred party is benefitted by a Trump resignation, except at the 11th hour of his term. Anyone else (Pence, Ryan), would have a consistent, horrific ideology, and would be nearly certain to be more effective - perhaps devastatingly so.

So by all means, keep it in the news, enough to prevent Trump from actually doing anything for as long as humanly possible.
