If Trump doesn't like NAFTA, if he hates our trade deficit with Mexico, if he's generally dissatisfied with our relationship with Mexico, it's his right, if not his duty, to try to change things. I would sell my soul because it's not worth much. I just don't think the Trump presidency will be worth the lasting damage to American democracy, the Republican Party, or the conservative movement even if we get a few policy priorities passed in the short term.

you having a soul could impact people in a positive way, since you've decided to live in the belly of the beast. A real resistance has to be strong in the GOP for anything to change.

Not speaking about JH in particular, but it's time for reasonable republicans to stand up and push back against what is obviously a dangerous human being. Silence is consent at this point. The GOP put this guy in, the GOP needs to help stop him. Otherwise, they should go down with the lot of them and the GOP should be consigned to history.
