I was in LA and saw Jon Glaser's Delocated Variety Show. He MC's the whole show in his ski mask with his voice modulator thing. Sarah Silverman, Tim Heidecker, Bret Gelman and Kristen Schaal were there. And Zach Galifianakis was a surprise guest. Reggie Watts closed the show. He's meh. Heidecker was probably the best. I had never seen him do stand-up.

I saw Heidecker in DC as part of the Comedy Bang Bang tour. He did this whole hack comic character, which was great.

Nice. He did the same thing in LA. During the but where he takes like 5 minutes to work the mic stand, he really hurt his hand and was bleeding kinda bad. Someone from backstage threw him a paper towel and he kept going.

I thought it was a pretty well-done show but that Maron sucks at playing himself

i have really harsh feelings about him, and basically think he has the same levels of anxiety and everything else he bitches about as a lot of people i know. Difference is they don't talk about it non-stop. I think his problem is basically he found that voice to be different when he was struggling and that's it. every fear of his is something most people think about and worry, he just thinks he's different for it for some reason

I enjoyed Maron's stand up but him much like other comedians I follow on twitter are totally unfunny on it to the point I want to tell them how much they are unfunny.

Saw John Mulaney, Paul F. Tompkins, Mike Birbiglia and Aziz Ansari last night. They were all great but Mulaney really stood out. Dude's brilliant.

Aziz is so funny to me. When I saw him At the mirage month ago he was working on new bits.

Gaffigan gonna be there this month or next. Can't wait.

I bought tickets to see Mike Birbiglia's "My Girlfriend's Boyfriend" at Carnegie Hall.

I thought it was tonight.

It was last Sunday.

It was the last time he was ever performing it. Ira Glass was a special guest. Tix were expensive. I'm a fucking moron. God damn it.
