it's pretty common that someone has no idea their spouse is living a double life

I know it's certainly possible. It's not like I would convict her with no evidence. I just think it's pretty unlikely. I also question your use of the word "common."

in the context of people living double lives i'd say it's probably pretty common

if the spouse is aware then I guess by definition it's really not a double life

When the FBI released photos of the bombing suspects on April 18, Phillipos (third suspect) texted Kadyrbayev to say that one of the suspects looked like Tsarnaev. According to the filing, Kadyrbayev saw the photo and then texted Tsarnaev to say he looked like the suspect. "LOL," Tsarnaev replied, according to the filing.

Later, Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov, who shared an apartment off campus, met Phillipos at Tsarnaev's dorm room that night, where they spied a backpack containing fireworks that were "opened and emptied of powder" and other possible bomb-making components, according to court filings. Kadyrbayev allegedly told officials he knew at that moment that Tsnarnaev was involved in the bombings, but instead of alerting police, he decided to remove the backpack and Tsarnaev's laptop from the dorm to help his friend "avoid trouble." Ultimately, they threw it in a trash bin near the apartment Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov shared in New Bedford around 10:00pm that night, according to the court filings.

Done.

I certainly use it. If the mission was to fuck up as many aspects of everyday life as you possibly can, along with cause death and destruction like an ordinary madman, mission accomplished. Ask anyone who's running Broad Street this weekend.

I think it's kind of irresponsible for media to use it without legitimate attribution but you guys can go nuts

What sort of attribution would you need? Do they have to be allied with some specific organization? My definition is an act designed to create social and political disruption, along with the specific "benefits" of the crime itself.

Newtown, Ct would not qualify since, as far as I know, it was meant to satisfy some weird sort of personal vendetta. I think the bombing has all the hallmarks, though, and I don't think you have to identify all the levels of involvement, or even have further levels exist, to call it so.

I'm mostly referring to the coverage on the day of the bombing, when no one had any idea who did it or why. It's obviously more clear now.

Yeah, the weird thing is that post-9/11 it seems like the majority of people associate "terrorist" with al Qaeda and nothing else. Here in VA, it's defined by statute as an act to intimidate the populace at large or influence the acts of the government through intimidation. The Colorado shooter (James Holmes, right?) was a terrorist. Hell, the Columbine kids were terrorists. Arguably, both of those crimes were intended to intimidate the populace.

on the 1 hand, the chums taking his computer & dumping it would suggest they realized #2 brother was fucked & that they'd likely be implicated eventually, with the help maybe of info on the computer

on the other hand just tossing it, presumably intact, into some dumpster not too far away suggests they're just stupid droogies
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

Followed my a midnight dive into the dumpster when they realize they should have removed the hard drive. Penn wakes up the whole dorm, though, when he yells out after discovering a whole uneaten pizza.

Next shot is them sitting shame-faced in the police station, where Rogen whispers that he's still carrying weed.
