We've heard very, very little about her. I didn't even know she existed until she was mentioned in passing in one of the recap articles two or three days after the showdown in Watertown. So who knows what she did or did not know.

It appears that they helped the younger one dispose of some materials. Hard to draw any conclusions based on the dearth of info at this point.

I'm not a lawyer or a cop, but I imagine they could. They won't screw around with this stuff. Anyone involved even a little will get the book thrown at them, I would imagine.
