If you have a child around 5 or can remember what your child was like at that age or just have spent time around kids of that age, it's just impossible to fathom how someone could do something like this.

Law enforcement I think had the initial fuck up. NBC, CBS, CNN, etc. all ran with it. NY Post was the first with the correct name (if Adam is the correct name).

hey guys, I know this is a big Soren point, but we need to live in a place where it's ok to seek help for mental illness. Not enough details out there now, but the lack of understanding we often have for people that clearly should have been helped long long ago always hurts me. This guys actions are deplorable, but I hold out hope that he was so sick that he knew not what he was doing, I don't want to believe someone can be this evil by choice.

Some of you will interpret this as me sympathizing with the guy, I assure you I am not. We need a climate where it's ok to seek help. All I'm saying.
