a wire definitely falls. you can see all of the other wires start to shake afterwards. why it falls, no idea.

It's on the ground before the car drives into the frame. You can see it just above the windshield wiper on the car that the camera is in.

Think the car winched itself up until the weight snapped the other end of the line (with what I'm sure was a satisfactorily resonant twang absent from a gif)
