Halladay is meeting with the media today.

I'm honestly not sure what I want to happen here. At least a serious injury would explain why he's fallen off so badly, and he might have a chance to come back strong down the road. If he's only got a strain or a partial tear of something, and he doesn't have surgery, then you're playing a guessing game as to when or if he'll ever be ready. If he's not hurt at ALL, I'm scared what that means for Doc.

Anything structural would have had to happen in the last few months, you'd think. My guess is they're not sure what's causing the soreness, which may be good for Roy overall, but doesn't really give a reason as to why he's fallen off a cliff. I just want to know, really.

my guess is 60 day DL for now and he'll be scheduled to come back in august, but end up being "ready" 2 weeks ahead of schedule in late july. I hope he can do it, i still think he could.
