In a matter of a couple of hours, we traded Lee, Blanton, Happ, Taylor, Brown, D'Arnaud, and Drabek.

We got back Halladay.

According to the report, the Mariners receive Lee, Roy Halladay goes to Philadelphia and Seattle likely sends reliever Phillipe Aumont, who was the No. 11 overall pick in the 2007 draft, to Toronto. Outfielder Michael Saunders and starter Brandon Morrow are also said to be in play.

I'd be happy if we get Halladay and the two Ms prospects for Lee, Taylor and no one else of consequence.

I'd be ecstatic, as would most everyone, if we kept Lee, sell high on Happ and dump Blanton's salary somewhere else. There's gotta be like a 3-5 win difference between Joe and Lee. They're both history after this year.
