Sam Vecenie of the Athletic proposed Horford, 21 and 36 for Rozier. I’ve seen worse proposals.
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

Is he good defensively? He’s quite inefficient on offense and doesn’t get to line but career year of sorts I guess last year

In terms of supposed realistic scenarios to dump Horf I'm going Hield>CP3>Scary Terry.
Still waiting for the report that the market for Horford is non existent and to get rid of him would require significant assets attached.

Would be a mistake not to consider him
And maybe if the org likes Udoka could keep him as defensive coach as dantoni isn’t paid to coach defense

I love MDA. He’s run multiple successful offenses that are super different from each other, but he’s never really run a team through a post player so it would be interesting to see what he would do with our squad. I think Lue is a good option too.

D'Antoni might not want to deal w this roster, it would really be a challenge to do his thing here, but i like his openness to design for the existing.
Donovan seems pretty similar to Brett. Not particularly adept or willing to make adjustments.
The first thing any serious candidate is going to ask is "what are planning to do with this roster and how is the front office going to go about that?" and I can already picture Josh Harris staring out the window of the conference room and muttering something about going to college, so what's the point really.

Two guys who were executives at my company were once going for the same job. The chairman at the time was kind of a big personality and had them meet with him at the same time (for an interview) and tried to get them to trash talk each other in the same meeting to say why each of them deserved the position.
