I'm looking at Felix Auger Aliassime, a 19 year old Canadian just like Andreescu and ranked 19 in the world. Skip that 90s generation completely.

That's partly in jest, but it's getting close to to late for Medvedev to become a "dominant" player, though certainly not a highly successful one. McEnroe won his first Grand slam at 20, Connors at 21, Borg at 18, Becker at 17, Wilander at 17, Edberg at 19, Sampras at 19, Agassi at 22, Federer at 21, Nadal at 19, Djokovic at 20. Those are all the men who won 6 or more Grand slam titles,if you want to use that to define dominant.

Medvedev still seems live here. Might be worth a stab on current money line
