Now, Law comes out with a glowing report and even Callis says "Notre Dame OF, chance for avg or better tools across the board, showed a low-90s fastball when he pitched for the Irish." Also, he'll apparently be starting in Lakewood which is super rare for the Phillies to do. Feel like he could be a steal.

Where did you see that he might start at Lakewood? That's interesting. Though not crazy since there has been absolutely zero talk of Muzzioti or Matos being close to return from injury.
