I think this should be no goal but I’m worse on theses goalie plays than nfl catches

So a goalie can get touched on by a screener not in the crease that had no effect on the goal and it be interference but a goalie in the crease can have a stick holding an arm down and get beat that side and still be a goal, seriously this challenges the nfl TD catch as the most WTF rule

GM Ron Hextall must of known he was on to something when he traded forward Brayden Schenn to the Blues in order to jump a few spots ahead of the Blackhawks in the first round of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft and select Morgan Frost at 27th overall.

Frost sits third in OHL scoring with 47 points through 30 games. He’s currently riding an eight-game point streak in which he’s piled on four goals and 15 assists. The 18-year-old had put up seven straight multi-point games prior to this weekend. Frost also leads the OHL with a fantastic plus-32 rating. His terrific play has propelled the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds to 17 straight wins, as they lead the entire league with a whopping 54 points. In fact, the team in second-place, the Hamilton Bulldogs, are a full 14 points behind Frost’s club.

The speedy playmaker is very intelligent and possesses tremendous offensive skills. The 6-foot, 180 pound center is having a fantastic campaign with the Greyhounds after really taking a leap forward in his OHL sophomore season last year. Frost turned heads at the CHL Top Prospects challenge winning both of the 30-meter fastest skater competitions (with and without the puck).

The Flyers have an elite offensive producer in Frost, who was looked over by Team Canada for the 2017 World Junior Championships. This is oddly similar to Claude Giroux’s situation in 2006-07, when the undersized center was passed over despite tearing it up in the QMJHL. Hockey Canada seems to favor 19-year-old players or at least 18-year-olds with previous Team Canada experience. Frost wasn’t invited to the 2017 Summer Showcase and Hockey Canada’s national team development camp in August, so he was pretty much already out of the picture before the OHL season began.
