The athletic had a piece ranking the teams based on under 25 talent. Flyers ranked 12th, which seems not good for a team focused on getting younger. Not sure it takes AHL/juniors etc. talent into consideration though

Not really. They're probably just being overly cautious since he is young and a center (HA, GET IT) piece of the future.

Simmonds and Patrick need to get healthy, and they need to bring out Martel or Lindblom because our secondary scoring is ass.

Thought for sure there was going to be the morning trade Giroux Savior post.

What does this mean? Anyone can get a concussion at any time, but what does "to have a concussion this quickly" mean? Because he's a rookie he got a concussion? I don't think the recovery time has been out of line.

He was already injury prone and now here's a concussion already is what I think he meant

Not sure what to say about the rest of this team. They're incredibly boring. I don't know how many more games I can watch with Dale Weise in the lineup. Can't wait for A-Mac to come back!

I'm really enjoying Charlie O'Connor's work at the Athletic, but good lord some of this stuff is dense. Can this guy write an article that doesn't take at least 20 minutes to read?

With the lack of regular stats in the NHL I guess you have to take a deeper dive to know how some of these guys are doing.
