I'd guess Clearwater with Moniak in Lakewood. Although, I suppose he could DH in Lakewood to give his arm a rest.

Where did Law rank Haseley on his Top 100...#6?
PSUPhilliesPhan wrote:My final Phillies board:
1) Any of top 5 guys (Greene, McKay, Lewis, Gore and Wright)
2) Bukauskas
3) Faedo
4) Baz
5) Beck
6) Haseley
7) Smith (heard a James Loney comp that just scared the heck out of me)
I'd also be okay with DL Hall, Trevor Rogers, Sam Carlson, David Peterson or Keston Hiura on below slot deals.
I don't think any of these guys would be a bad pick which means we'll go off the board for Nick Allen.
Cal Poly has had its fair share of big leaguers come from its program, none bigger than Hall of Famer Ozzie Smith. Mike Krukow is probably the best right-handed pitcher who is a former Mustang, and while no one is making Howard an All-Star just yet, the Draft-eligible sophomore's name was moving up boards as the Draft approached. Howard redshirted in 2015 and pitched largely out of the bullpen in 2016. He began in a similar role in 2017 but moved into the rotation in March and has solidified himself as Cal Poly's Saturday starter, pitching behind fellow Draft prospect Erich Uelman. The 6-foot-3 right-hander has used a four-pitch arsenal to dominate the Big West Conference this spring. His fastball has been up to 93-94 mph consistently and he backs it up with an above-average slider he throws in the 80-84 mph range. He'll show an upper-80s cutter and has feel for his changeup as well. While he had been a reliever initially, Howard's arm works well and he throws strikes. With a clean delivery and strong frame, he's showing more and more that he has what it takes to start, a reason why he had some helium as the spring wore on.

I like this pick better than Lucas Williams in the 3rd round from 2015 (worst pick in recent memory). Always outsmarting the industry those Phillies.

#Phillies pick of Spencer Howard stands out. All sorts of action on his fastball & nasty slider. He's a guy who could get to the bigs fast
