I get that he has nothing to work with, but not how you feel comfortable casting your lot with that guy for the rebuild

I mean awkward in that the fired Head Coach has to sit amongst his former staff and players for a plane trip. Of course if the owner wasn't a cold callous bastard, he would've waited until the next day to fire Gus.
