Wow. What a charge. That shot of Tiger fist-pumping as Michelson ran that in on 18 was pretty cool

Yeah. Tough to win 6 and 5 and then get benched. But they'll surely get a four-ball match in the afternoon since that is where they dominated. I figure kisner and Mickelson get an afternoon rest. Don't know which other three gets sat down for Berger/Koepka

Only chance International team had was Jason Day playing out of his mind but he has been pretty bad to this point.

In Terms of NFL though this would be like the Patriots versus Browns in Foxboro.

I don't know. Everyone keeps saying that but they still have 5 of the Top 22 players in the world

Matsuyama and Day haven't been playing well even though they are highly ranked. World Rankings is average of 15.5 USA vs 31.6 Internationals. And that USA ranking is brought down by Phil being 30th in the world.

Most of the early matches going to the Internationals but Chappell got a half and Chappell got a win and so the cup is won. US currently at 16 points

USA was disinterested in the singles. It showed.

Announcing was homer-ish and godawful. Chappel should have conceded the match-tying putt, and they didn't even talk about it. Most golf fans aren't rooting strictly USA in every match, but the announcers treated it like we would somehow be bathed in all-time glory if we killed the internationals on Sunday in every match. Really hard to listen to.
