I'm with you (no surprise) but if Arizona called and offered 15 for Foles/32, you have to strongly consider that.

Not only the compensation but it would help with the salary cap and Sudfeld can probably manage the offense if Wentz is out a few games.

What other vet QB is a FA? Like we have no cap space at all. Minor miracle we got Timmy and AJ signed tbh

Foles and Doug looked so god damn cool and calm the entire game.

Howie never smiled on the podium. Prolly working on some math in his head on how to keep Long

Bleacher Report had the 'Trade Foles' story headline. Skipped it.

I think you ask Nick what he wants. If he wants to stay, with the clear understanding that he will again be the backup when Wentz is healthy (which wouldn't actually surprise me), then he stays. If he wants to pursue a starting role again, you get a no-trade list from him and do your best to get a 1st from one of the teams not on that list. If you can't, then he stays.

So I think that the real plan is that they build Sudfeld into Nick 2.0. Keep St. Nick for the start of the season, and look to trade when Wentz is 100%. It will hurt Nicks value, but the team needs a good start and the bigger problem is the 2019 roster.

It took Nick years to become Nick 1.0.

I could be using NFL Reference poorly, and Nick Foles is 11 passes away from meeting the minimum 150 attempts, but he would have the highest Rating and Completion % in NFL History in the Playoffs.

Even if Foles threw 11 straight incompletions he would still lead both categories. He is a phenomenal playoff QB.

He would be the 45 best playoff QB for passer rating at 74.5, just ahead of Randall Cunningham.

We need a filter for when anyone types "Foles" it should change it to "Big Dick Nick."

The thread title is also an acceptable filter

Big Dick Nick is great. His other college nickname was Footlong Foles apparently. Now I wanna see.
