Kevin (Japan): Which team is more likely to be at this level next year?

ROB NEYER: At the risk of offending a fair number of fans in Philadelphia ... Gotta be the Rays, right? They won more games this year *and* they're quite a bit younger. Based on the personnel on the rosters at this moment, I would expect the Rays to win 89-93 games next year, the Phillies 84-88.

I mean, he is probably right that as of now, the Rays are a better bet going forward. Though I can't necessarily agree with the 84-88 win projection.

That answer should change after the CC-Manny signings.
