We got this thing tomorrow. Blanton has been pretty good. Suppan is terrible.

I completely agree. We win 8-4 tomorrow.

also, i dont understand why the brewers can use cc sabathia 82934895238459 times in a row on 3 days' rest to maximize their starting rotation for the rest of the games, but we have to send blanton out there.... why can't hamels go on three days' rest and have myers ready on full rest for a possible game 5?

We need Blanton to win tomorrow so Hamels can pitch game 1 of the NLCS instead of going against CC in game 5 of the NLDS.

Feliz had a .943 OPS in Late & Close situations this year. No one on the bench was was better in this situation.

That will require (most likely) scoring more than one inning in the game. We need this kicked up a notch.

He bumped into Counsell after he was out, and beyond the base. Once out, you need to either slide into the base or get out the way. Not run into the player.

He didn't hit him beyond the base. He glanced him at the base. How is hitting him a tad standing (without going out of his way at all, and still getting the base) any different from sliding to try and get him out? Is this an actual rule?

I'm pretty sue it is an actual rule and he did hit Counsell after he crossed 2nd base and also after Counsell touch 2nd base, so Vic was already out when he hit Counsell past the base.

I'm with jersey. The replay shows he barely even touched him, too
