Even though it's Viper, Charlie should have been listening to him here.

Options are what? Brunt and Coste?

Agreed. And I hope Charlie takes a nap

Well, he was napping today. I hope he does the opposite of today... soooo, no nap. Especially in the late innings.

A run off the board. Dumb Shane, dumb.

It actually cahnges the outcome not at all, as the batter still needs to score.

Still dumb. Marlon Anderson taking out Tad Iguchi to end the game dumb. Shane's still my favorite player though. Love him.

I'd rather have Chris Coste pantomiming without an actual bat than Pedro Feliz.

He bumped into Counsell after he was out, and beyond the base. Once out, you need to either slide into the base or get out the way. Not run into the player.

we had bruntlett, taguchi, and coste, all better situational hitters than feliz and ruiz. terrible awful game, with the 3 straight hits in the ninth just a little tease.

What did you expect? A 3 man rotation through the playoffs? Better to get him in now than rest too long, I say.

Alright, shake it off. Tough to beat a team 7 straight times in three week span.

We got this thing tomorrow. Blanton has been pretty good. Suppan is terrible.

I don't know, but Coste can catch so that works out perfect

Was wondering this myself.

It was kind of the perfect ending, or not-quite-ending, to this shit pile of a game.
