this really is wonderful! i'm just so happy right now. this year has alternated between watching the team look unbeatable and then look so stressful and we've had a huge lead erode and finally we can exhale!

there are so many fun superstar players on this team and they really do look like as solid a playoff team as any. last year i was at the stadium when they won and that was an amazing experience, but it is great to watch the celebration unfold on tv too.

...i could do without mitch williams speculating on who deserves to pitch in game one, esp cus he says moyer instead of hamels.

I wasn't thrilled with the Fat Joe trade. I don't think he's pitched allthat well. But the team went 9-4 in his starts incliuding the last 4 straight during crunch time. I'm not sure they do that well without him.

He also has a chance of being an OK pitcher next year.
