He's worth as much as the most interested team will pay, which might be quite a lot. Not everyone is focused on a rim-protecting, athletic center.

I honestly think that Jah will be a multiple time all-star, and eventually be in the top 20 players in the NBA during his prime. I really don't want him traded. He's driven to be GREAT offensively, and I think he'll be at least average defensively. I know I'm sort of on an island about this, but trading him really scares me, especially if it's to Boston.

It seems every day Okafor's value drops on here, the guy has elite offensive skills, some team will pay through the nose for those skills.

We drafted Jerami Grant and Vasilije Micic from the Hawes deal. We got flotsam for the Turner deal that let us make the Kings deal. They 'look' bad to get 2nd rounders back, but the stuff adds up in the aggregate. Trading Turner also freed up shots and minutes to look at other guys.

I'd say those were fine.

nothing is actually a thing. all the gms players and agents are just jostling for position. you gotta catch a team who's in a spicy mood on draft night and then do the deal in a heightened state of emotion
