Just have because he loves pokemon, or because he wants to play?

If he wants to play, the straight decks or booster boxes are the value. If he wants the "goodies", the tins or mega boxes (the board-game size boxes at the front of Target) will make him happy.

If I used the search function correctly, you have 5304 posts in HWGA, or about 39% of your total posts.
