So, looking into it more, it does look like it was real, posted by the mayor on his Facebook. He claimed it was a joke - I mean, it obviously is, but you're an elected official. Come on.

Polls in NJ opened at 6 and I voted at 6:35. Was already the 63rd to vote in my district.
