depends on how degraded looking the jpeg you read it on is. if it's poor quality you can trust it - that means it's been shared a lot because of it's truthfulness.

Turns out another one crossed my timeline just now. And apparently the root of it is the book Unlimited Access, by a retired FBI agent who worked in the white house during slick willy's first term. Turns out there are more than a few conspiracy theories about the tome. Maybe Alex Jones should be consulted. Seems like it boils down to a he says/she says thing at this point. Anybody have any more illuminating info???

I remember credible reports during his admin that Bill & Hillary had some vulgar, nasty fights in the WH. pretty high stress time dealing with your husband being a serial adulterer and embarrassing you like that. wouldn't be surprised if she was curt from time to time tbh.

Reading that now. Line that jumped out -

The three documents arrived by mail at The Times with a postmark indicating they had been sent from New York City. The return address claimed the envelope had been sent from Trump Tower.

My twitter feed, which is 1/3 sports, 1/3 MSM newsy, 1/3 mostly #NeverTrump conservative types is going fucking wild right now. More active than 9:30 AM on a Monday, and it's Saturday night.

The Trump Tower thing doesn't necessarily mean anything, but someone close enough to Trump to have access to his tax returns decided to mail them to the NY Times. That's wild, right?

Mike Rosenwald ‏@mikerosenwald
Trump’s taxes exist in files of numerous lawyers, accountants, regulators etc. Was only a matter of time before leakers started mailing

I guess it is not, in fact, wild

Wasn't Tyson likely railroaded into jail there?

I was under the impression it's widely believed he was innocent.

No this is perfect. It highlights he's a shitty businessman, and implies he may have not paid taxes for decades. Puts the burden of proof on Trump to disprove, and rather than being 'smart' as the rationale, it's that he lost almost a billion dollars in shitty business deals.

First of all, it was legal. That will be his first line of defense. Second it will make his haters hate him more and his supporters support him more. They'll think it more evidence of his shrewdness.

As for undecideds, I wish I could believe it will move the needle. But if they haven't found a reason not to vote for him yet, with all the despicable things he's said and done, I don't see this moving the needle.

I hope I'm wrong.
