You're right. It's still 1.6% lower than 2007, but the increases in income and reduction in poverty are across all racial groups and, no matter how you slice it, it shows things are headed in a very positive direction.

one positive about this campaign is others on the left have realized what i realized a long time ago about wikileaks, that they are indiscriminate and do not actually care about bettering society, simply 'opening' it. they used people who may have had legitimate reasons and have deeply-held beliefs in openness and human rights.
