IIRC that poll has had a huge Trump bias.

Oh, I remember now that it's a kind of a voter tracking poll. They poll the same people weekly so it might be a decent barometer for change but not necessarily the absolute state of the race.

I know my political input basically means zero because I despise both candidates and how conflicting they both are in general. But I do think Hillary will win and I hope she does it in a HUUUUUGE landslide or the shit is going to hit the fan. Just a bad feeling there.

It won't be a huge landslide in the popular vote, but there's some chance it could be in the EC. After the election, though, I'm afraid there's likely to be a couple of shitshows: First, Trump may very well challenge the results, furthering the divisions in the country and, second, it's very likely the Pubs will retain the House and, in addition to their continuing obstructionism, there will be numerous investigations into HRC's past actions and probably an attempt to impeach her. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

BTW - The battle of the unknowing is escalating too. Hill does not know what (c) means at the start of a sentence in a document/email (confidential), but Drumpf thinks it means Classified which will eventually be spun for half credit as it is confidential, Secret, & Top Secret for classifications, then there is the "above TS" stuff, and some below which is its own comedy routine of when is classified not classified sort of a who's on first thing. You can dig for that stuff if you must.

I was mountain biking on a trail that I've not been on in years. This Trail shot across the edge of a fairway at what is now Trump National Golf Course before it went back into the woods. Now, there is a big fence with a sign warning that this is private property where the crossing used to be, and I needed to backtrack to hang a left onto the Potomac Heritage Trail. I got to thinking that this was sort of a starter fence for Trump, and perhaps where his big idea came from.

The truth be told, the detour swings you around the course has actually made it the more interesting ride. That said there was also clearly some activity to discourage you from being there at all. There were trees that were cut down across the trail, when the base is sawed in the fall is across the trail there's little doubt of the intention. There was ornamental grass is planted along the single-track that was up to my underarms. Then they were very helpful steps, if you're walking, but at a height that was difficult to both climb as a pedestrian, and even harder to ride. Ironically it had some challenge points for mountain biking, butwhat is a real b**** for the common user.

So the more I think about Obama, the more I think he really is like Jackie Robinson. He was obviously the first black american to break the color barrier, as robinson was, but he has also displayed the same temperament and patience. Robinson had to put up with all kinds of crap when he entered the league and he took it all with dignity and didn't lash out as his opponents wanted him to do. Obama has shown the same dignity and restraint. He's taken as much unnecessary and unfounded grief as any president in my lifetime and he hasn't blinked. Amazing discipline.
