So xrays on lower back came back and it says I have spino bifida occulta? Something about l4 and l5 not fusing right at birth blah blah. Seems pretty common.

Weird thing I only went to doctor cause I kept reaggravating muscles in my lower back in same spot. Now need mri and orthopedic visit? This sucks.

I guess it just got worse as I got older? Never really had this issue before. Had it my whole life and they just tell me now?

ouch, that sucks. how was it diagnosed without an MRI?? I guess they can't really tell something like that until something goes wrong, because otherwise they would never look.

just found out one of my best 2-3 friends from high school has stage 4 colon cancer. What a kick in the nuts. I'm hoping he can make it to christmas so I can visit, but that doesn't sound likely. I found out by googling his name to get in contact with him. Found his gofundme page.

I get disappointed when I take a good crap and when I go to check it out in the toilet its covered in TP, and I cant get a sense of my output.
