I think about this a lot. The amount of reconciliation that needs to happen between Western cultural and the Middle East is just so staggering. Even if we eliminate ISIS right now it doesn't mean Arabs living abroad won't be under constant scrutiny, won't be the target of hate and fear. That's going to go on for generations. It's just fucking heart breaking, it feels endless. I don't believe we'll see peace in our lifetimes.

Crazy, but the people calling the shots in the campaign appear to be Ivanka and the two oldest sons. Not hard to see that creating a situation where high level aides are there to collect a check.

But the kids & Kushner were reportedly pro-Newt, while the staff was pushing Pence. Would imagine these are coming from people upset by the Pence pick, ie the family.
