Lewes, DE is great. You've got the beach but it's not as crowded as Rehoboth lots of good restaurants and dogfish head is there.

New Hope, PA is a lot of fun, it's artsy and stuff and has a nice Main Street area with some fun bars like Havana and John and Peters that have live music. Antique shopping is a thing if you are into that. It's quaint but a lot of fun and Lambertville is across the river, which isn't as fun, but it's nice to walk around there too. Wife and I love new hope, grew up across the river, we used to go there all the time.

Chesapeake city, MD - haven't been yet but it supposed to be nice. Kind of like new hope on the Chesapeake from what I understand.

Washington DC or Baltimore. DC is fun, the zoo and all of the museums are free and a lot of fun to walk around and check out.

Rent a cabin in the Poconos. My wife rented a little cabin up there for my birthday a few years ago. No cable tv, no internet access, but they had a hot tub a grill and a fridge. We grilled lobsters and steaks and had some drinks chilled in the hot tub and stuff.

Was leaning towards a night in DC or potentially a B&B in Maryland. Lewes is a good idea.

I'm due for an upgrade anyway but no phone for a bit stuck using an old iPod lol.
