I went to pay my credit card bill today and I see I have an amazon prime membership on there that I definitely didn't purchase. Anyone have experience with amazon rectifying that or should I go through citi.

My experience was Amazon fixed my issue immediately. They offered a "free trial" but didn't really explain it very well. When the bill appeared on my credit card they immediately corrected it. They must be getting a LOT of calls.
