How weak are we talking? Can you raise your toes towards your shin and get your ankle past neutral?
Try going up on your tiptoes on one foot, how many times can you do that?

not as weak anymore. yes i can do that, but it feels like a real workout, so thats a good sign i think? i tried a bunch of tiptoes, but it's a struggle and i'm imbalanced.
also, just the lower leg is smaller, probably the quad too but i cant tell
