Did the PA Dutch version seriously not make it to PA? It's delicious.
So far the Eagles have been unable willing to at least make a good will jester - Garry Cobb, Professional Sportswriter

Then it either wasn't made right or was a substandard bird. Roast chickens is tasty. Gravy made from the drippings is also great. And combining both other a hot slightly crisp waffle with a scoop of homemade mashed potatoes is a perfect comfort food.

I will admit though that the most important element of any PA Dutch meal is that it mostly be khaki colored.
So far the Eagles have been unable willing to at least make a good will jester - Garry Cobb, Professional Sportswriter
