some members of my own family don't recall my given name

once while i was still living at home (and landlines were the only means) someone called the house and asked for me by my given name and my mom said "i'm sorry, there's nobody here by that name"

I went years not eating McDonald’s because I got the worst case of food poison I’d ever had from one of their sausage McMuffins. Then about a year ago I was like “Eh, what the heck? I’ll give it a go again”. Didn’t get sick, and then really fell in love with the food and started eating it way too much. Went from 3 double cheeseburgers and large fries to double quarter pounder, Big Mac and large fries. Which was really expensive, not to mention made me feel like a loser for eating like that. Somehow didn’t gain weight though. Funny game.

In high school, I showed up to baseball practice wearing a red Phillies hat, red Phillies shirt and red shorts. I got the nickname “Big Red”. When I worked at Best Buy I got the nickname “Punisher” because I was real quiet and shy and people thought I was going to snap and start killing people which, tbf, had crossed my mind!
