We just all called each other by our last names... If we were friends. If we didn't know you or like you we would call you by your first name or something like Cleatus or Sally.

We didn't even have a nickname for this kid who's skin was a mild shade of green.

I used to be called Corndog at my high school job. Drill Sergeant called me Joker cuz I looked like like Modine's character from Full Metal Jacket when I was shaved and skinny.
