Come home to find out middle bathroom completely torn apart and missing a bathtub. Landlord didn't inform us that he was doing this let alone tellbus thatbhe was entering the house with 24 hour notice

I sent them a check then. Might be late but no way was I paying a 2.75% on top of already ridiculous tuition.

That's what pisses me off. They won't even accept a check at my apartment. You're only allowed to pay online, so you don't have a choice but to get screwed with the fee.
